Cured In Place Pipe Repair

Cured-In-Place Pipe repair provides a structural capability actually stronger than the original pipe with the added benefits of corrosion resistance and no annular space.

Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) materials mold to the host pipe. This seamless pipe restores structural integrity, eliminates joints that can weaken and allow root intrusion. Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) actually increases flow capacity because the CIPP is much smoother than the old clay and concrete pipe. Above ground there are no piles of excavated dirt, no traffic tie-ups, and no citizens complaining about disruption.

No-Dig or Trenchless Technology has developed since the invention of the flexible cable drain cleaning machine in 1935, a unit to clear blockages or roots from a pipeline

eliminating the alternative for pipe excavation and replacement. Development of Trenchless  Technology was further enhanced in the 1970's as a method to rehabilitate deteriorated lengths of pipe without surface, sub-surface, social or economic disruption. Trenchless applications were required and applied to gas, water, storm and sanitary sewer lines, all approaching or exceeding design life. Local utilities and municipalities, as an alternative to complete system replacement using traditional excavation methods, funded trenchless developments. Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) has always been a successful forerunner in the trenchless area, with thousands of miles of various pipe diameters relined throughout the world. Use of Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) is now becoming commonplace, not just for special applications where excavation disruption or costs were too prohibitive.
